Licensed psilocybin centers
State-licensed psilocybin centers near destinations in a dry window
A place on this page appears on a state regulator's own published list of licensed psilocybin facilities: Colorado's Natural Medicine Division map of licensed healing centers, or Oregon Health Authority's licensee directory of psilocybin service centers. We only list legal, state-licensed jurisdictions. A center the regulator publishes without a street address cannot be placed near a destination, so it is not shown.

Legal basis: Colorado.
- Colorado voters passed Proposition 122, the Natural Medicine Health Act of 2022 (C.R.S. title 12, article 170). It sets up regulated access for adults 21 and older to natural medicine, which the Act defines to include psilocybin and psilocyn, at licensed healing centers. (source)
- Senate Bill 23-290 created the Natural Medicine Division in the Department of Revenue, which licenses healing centers. Facilitators are licensed separately by the Division of Professions and Occupations. (source)
Federal law. Psilocybin and psilocyn are listed in Schedule I of the federal controlled substance regulations (21 CFR 1308.11(d)). The state programs on this page operate under state law. (source)
Questions
Can I book a session through sunny.day?
No. sunny.day does not sell, book or take payment for sessions. Contact a licensed center directly. We show flights, hotels and the weather for the trip.
Why are some licensed centers missing?
We only show a center the regulator publishes with a street address we can place on the map, within the listed distance of one of our destinations. Oregon's directory publishes names and contact details but no addresses, and a listing published with only a city cannot be placed either. Those are left out rather than guessed.
Do I need to live in the state?
Oregon says clients do not need to live in Oregon and must be 21 or older. Colorado's program is for adults 21 and older. See the cited sources on each page.
